Medical Negligence Claims

Administration Of Deceased’s Estates
Death is a sad reality of human existence. Our law requires a process of administering a deceased’s estate in order to protect the interest of those left behind by the deceased and which includes creditors and debtors of the deceased, and to ensure a fair distribution of the assets of the deceased. We hold your hand from the required registration of death at the Master of the High Court until the distribution of assets in accordance with the wishes of the deceased if there is a documented will, or the intestate succession laws.
Debt Collection Matters

This can be a life altering exercise as it has far-reaching and rippling effects, including the creditor’s ability to pay for their own debts elsewhere or passing the solvency test.
